Product Positioning: Haelon is a private keepsake management application dedicated to helping users record memorable moments via photo albums and textual diary entries.

1. Introductory Statement & Acceptance Terms

This Privacy Policy serves as a legally binding electronic agreement between the Haelon operational team (hereinafter referred to as “the Operator”) and all eligible registered users (hereinafter referred to as “you”). This policy elaborates the entire rules regarding the collection, storage, utilization, encryption protection and authorized disclosure of user private data generated during the use of the keepsake album and diary service.

Your behavior of installing the application, completing account registration, uploading keepsake photos, editing text diaries and enabling cloud backup functions shall be deemed as your voluntary reading, full understanding and unconditional acceptance of all terms stipulated in this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any term herein, you must terminate the use of this application immediately.

2. Definition of Core Service Data

To deliver complete keepsake recording and permanent storage services, Haelon only collects data that is directly related to user daily recording demands, and adheres to the local priority, minimal collection principle at all times. The data processed by the Operator is divided into the following two categories:

• User-generated Content: All keepsake-related pictures, scanned photos of physical commemorative items, custom tags, descriptive texts, diary articles, creation time and content classification labels actively uploaded and edited by you. This type of content belongs to your absolute private exclusive asset.

• Non-sensitive Technical Data: Anonymous data passively collected by the system to maintain service stability, including device brand and model, application running logs, function access frequency, backup record statistics and system error feedback data. Such data cannot be used to identify any single individual user.

3. Scope & Legal Basis of Data Utilization

The Operator will never exploit user private content for improper commercial purposes without explicit written authorization. All collected data is only utilized based on user consent and legitimate operational needs within the scope below:

1. Realize core functions including photo album sorting, diary editing, content preview, local saving and cross-device cloud synchronization backup;

2. Optimize interactive logic of recording functions, fix software crashes and functional bugs reported by users;

3. Provide targeted technical support for your content recovery and data migration requests;

4. Fulfill statutory obligations and respond to formal legal requests issued by authorized judicial and administrative authorities.

4. Dual Storage Mechanism & Data Encryption Specification

Considering the privacy attributes of commemorative photos and emotional diary content, Haelon adopts a dual storage mode of local storage and optional encrypted cloud storage to fully protect user data security:

4.1 Local Storage: All your keepsake photos and diary content are firstly stored in the local storage space of your mobile device. You have full control over local data, and the Operator has no access authority to any local stored content.

4.2 Cloud Encrypted Storage: The cloud backup function is an optional service initiated independently by you. Once enabled, your content will be encrypted by RSA-2048 asymmetric encryption algorithm before being uploaded to the dedicated cloud server. Only you have the decrypted access right, and the Operator cannot view, parse or obtain your complete private content in the cloud.

4.3 Storage Duration: Local data will be permanently retained unless you manually delete it or uninstall the application; cloud backup data will be retained continuously during your valid use of the service. After you cancel cloud backup or log out of your account permanently, the system will automatically erase all corresponding cloud data within 48 hours.

5. User Ownership & Independent Rights

You retain complete ownership and intellectual property rights of all uploaded keepsake photos and original diary texts. Meanwhile, you enjoy the following independent data management rights for your private content:

• Access & Export Right: You can view, sort, filter and export all album and diary content to your device local folder in any supported format at any time;

• Modification & Deletion Right: You are entitled to revise, update and permanently delete any single photo or diary entry independently;

• Backup & Recovery Right: Freely switch on or off the cloud backup function, and recover historical backed-up content across different devices;

• Consent Revocation Right: You may revoke your data processing authorization to the Operator at any time. After revocation, the Operator will stop all data synchronization and backup services for you, and you can only use the offline local recording function.

6. Third-party Data Sharing & Disclosure Rules

Haelon adheres to a zero-active-sharing policy for user private content. The Operator will never sell, lease, trade or share your keepsake photos and diary content with any third-party enterprise, organization or individual under any daily business scenarios.

Limited exceptional disclosure scenarios: The Operator may disclose your relevant data without prior notice only when it is required by enforceable legal documents, including court subpoenas, official administrative investigation orders, or to prevent potential major personal safety and public security risks.

For third-party cloud service providers cooperating with us, we will sign binding data confidentiality agreements to restrict their data access behaviors, and conduct regular security audits on partners.

7. User Usage Code of Conduct

As a qualified user of Haelon, you shall abide by the following usage specifications while enjoying our keepsake recording services:

• You shall not upload or store content involving pornography, violence, terrorism, illegal drugs, discriminatory remarks and other prohibited content stipulated by relevant laws;

• You are forbidden to upload any content that infringes the copyright, portrait right and privacy right of any third party; all legal liabilities arising from illegal content shall be borne by you solely;

• It is prohibited to crack, reverse engineer, modify the application program, or use automated scripts to crawl and steal data inside the platform.

8. Policy Update & Notification Mechanism

The Operator reserves the right to update and optimize this privacy policy according to service function iteration, industry security upgrade and national legal policy adjustments. Once the policy content is revised, we will update the revision date at the top of the document and release update announcements through the application’s system notification module.

Your continuous use of Haelon’s core recording services after the policy update is regarded as your recognition and acceptance of the revised terms. If you refuse to accept the updated clauses, your only remedy is to stop using the application and delete your account and all private content.

9. Dispute Settlement & Supplementary Provisions

All disputes related to data privacy and this policy shall be resolved through priority email negotiation between both parties. If the negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the competent judicial authority where the Operator is located for final judgment.

If any independent clause of this policy is judged invalid or unenforceable due to legal changes, the validity of the remaining clauses will not be affected in any way.
